We meet weekly as a group, plus you’ll have a private 1:1 session with me each month. You’ll be supported, seen, and surrounded by women walking a similar path.

This is for the woman who wants deep, personalized support. We’ll meet every other week (or weekly by request) to tailor your Healthstyle plan around your unique goals, challenges, and vision for your next chapter.
